Oolong Peach is a unique blend of oolong and green tea, that captures the flavor of ripe peaches with a subtle hint of oolong's earthy notes.

Oolong teas are semi-fermented, meaning they are partially oxidized and, for simplicity, can be considered somewhere between a black and green tea. Black teas are fully oxidized while green teas are barely oxidized and it is this process that contributes to the taste and properties of the tea.
