Garam Masala

Garam Masala is a warm and pungent blend of spices called for in many traditional east Indian dishes and like most Indian blends it will vary from household to household and will never be the same.

Ingredients: cardamom, coriander, cumin, pepper, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg

Uses: Fantastic for any curries such as chicken tikka masala. Mix with melted butter as a rub or marinade for meat prior to braising, broiling or grilling. Add to sour cream or yogurt for dipping sauce. Try mixing with honey as a fragrant barbecue rub for chicken or as a warming flavor to curries and stews.

I didn't care much for buying the big, cheap packages. This so much better and the right amount for me. In the glass container I know it will stay fresh for a longer time
