Uses: Add color and flavor to rice, soups, sauces, or even your smoothies. Mix it in with a dry rub for any and all meats.
I use this turmeric for a lovely cauliflower dish that uses chopped ginger and cilantro and a dash of lemon juice. I add the turmeric to vegan nut cheeses and tofu scramble. This turmeric adds amazing colour.
