Return Policy

We'd love to say "returns accepted!" but here's the reality: we're food.

**No Returns on:**
- Tea & Spice (food safety laws—we can't resell opened or shipped food)
- Gift Cards (digital products are final sale)
- Accessories (teapots, mugs, etc.)—we no longer stock these, so we can't accept returns

**Why No Returns?**
Health regulations prohibit us from reselling food products once they've left our kitchen. Even if the package is unopened, we can't guarantee it wasn't tampered with during shipping.

**What If Something's Wrong?**
If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, that's on us. Email diana@teaspiceshoppe.ca within 48 hours with photos, and we'll make it right—replacement or refund, your choice.
