Shipping Policy

The Tea & Spice Shoppe offers flat-rate shipping by province or territory. Some smaller communities and rural locations have extremely high shipping rates that fall outside our normal scale. In these cases, a supplementary shipping fee may be necessary. If your order falls into this category, we will contact you about your shipping cost before we fill your order.

Full payment is required before any order is shipped.

Our current shipping rates are as follows:

Alberta - $12
BC, Saskatchewan, Manitoba - $14
Ontario, Quebec - $18
NB, NS, NL, PEI - $18
NWT, Yukon - $20
Nunavut - $22

All orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS or Purolator. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times vary depending on your region—and the mercy of the postal gods.
