This is the standard everyday cinnamon that we use in North America. Grown on the island of Sumatra, Indonesian cinnamon has a deep colour and spicy flavor. Cinnamon Sticks are made from the bark of the cinnamon tree, providing a sweet, spicy, and warm flavor.
