Cocktail Recipes
Smoky Old Fashioned
- 1 oz whiskey
- 0.5 oz Lapsang Souchong simple syrup
- 2 dashes bitters (orange)
- add orange rind, pour over ice
Smoky Caesar
- 1-1.5 oz vodka
- 0.25 oz Lapsang Souchong simple syrup
- 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz olive juice
- 3 oz Clamato
- 10 dashes of Worcestershire sauce (or add how you like)
- 10 dashes of tobasco (or add how you like)
- Optional Additions: add pepper, dill, cayenne
- Shake on ice.
Many bartenders will use various tricks to infuse a smoky flavor into their cocktails. But now, you can simply create a smoke simple syrup using our Lapsang Souchong to add that smoky characteristic you're looking for to any cocktail, beverage, or dessert you make!
