What’s in itcilantro
How to use it
Stir into taco seasoning, chili, and slow-simmered black beans where fresh cilantro would wilt. A tablespoon per cup of rice adds earthy depth. Mix into salsa verde, guacamole base, or compound butter. Dried cilantro is gentler than fresh — use generously and add early so it has time to bloom.
What it goes with
Cilantro shares linalool with tea underneath all that earthy character. Brew our Darjeeling alongside a cilantro-spiced meal — the floral muscatel complements the herbal depth. For Thai-inspired dishes, our Jasmine Green echoes the aromatics beautifully.
