How to brew it
- 212°F / 100°C
- Steep 5–10 minutes
- Use 1–2 tsp per 8oz
- No tea leaf and no caffeine, so a long steep only deepens it
Beyond the cup
Steep into cream for a peach panna cotta that doesn’t need fresh peaches. Reduce into a glaze for grilled chicken or pork — the stone fruit caramelizes beautifully under heat. Brew cold for an iced tea that tastes like biting into a ripe peach.
