How to brew it
- 212°F / 100°C
- Steep 5–7 minutes
- Use 1–2 tsp per 8oz
- Cannot over-steep: no tannins, so no bitterness however long you leave it
Beyond the cup
Liquid candy bar. Steep into cream for a hazelnut-chocolate-caramel ice cream base. Brew strong and add to brownie or blondie batter. Infuse into butter for the most decadent shortbread you’ve ever tasted. Reduce into a syrup for affogato or hot chocolate.
