How to use it
Caribbean curry in one scoop. Two tablespoons per pound of chicken or goat, marinate for an hour, then stew with coconut milk, potatoes, and thyme. The allspice makes it — that warm, clove-like depth you can't get from Indian curry powders. Also great on roasted sweet potatoes and in lentil soup.
