Beyond the cup

Formulated for female wellness from the ground up. Raspberry leaf and lady's mantle are the traditional women's herbs at the heart of this blend — backed by generations of use for menstrual comfort and hormonal balance. Warming spices support circulation and digestion, while chamomile and St. John's wort address the mood and tension side. Traditionally used for cycle support, PMS comfort, and overall female wellbeing. Note: contains St. John's wort — check with your pharmacist if you're on any medications, especially oral contraceptives.
