How to use it

The Italian sausage spice. Mix half a teaspoon per pound of ground pork. Stir into tomato sauce, sprinkle on roasted root vegetables, or add to soups. The secret ingredient in Italian tartar sauce. Goes beautifully with fish — especially seafood stews.
