How to use it
The fish and chicken pepper. Shake on anything you'd squeeze lemon on — roasted chicken, grilled fish, steamed vegetables, pasta with olive oil. Also great in salad dressings, on avocado, and stirred into hummus. A quick weeknight cheat: season chicken thighs with this and nothing else, roast at 425°F, done.
