Hickory BBQ Seasoning

Hickory BBQ Seasoning provides a balance of salt, sweet and hickory to give steaks a smoke-kissed flavor, whether you're cooking on charcoal, gas or even the stovetop. It can also be used as a base to flavor a homemade barbecue sauce.

Ingredients: sea salt, turbinado sugar, smoked paprika, ground chiles, hickory powder, garlic, onion, black pepper

Uses: Great as a marinade or dry rub or can be sprinkled on grilled vegetables or baked potatoes. Try whipping it with butter and spread on cornbread.
