How to brew it
- 175°F / 80°C
- Whisked, not steeped
- 1 tsp sifted into 2oz water, whisked in a W until frothy, then topped up
- Drink it all; the leaf is in the cup
Beyond the cup
Peach matcha latte – the flavor explodes with milk because peach compounds are fat-soluble. Try it iced in summer. Blend into smoothies with mango and yogurt. Sift into scone batter or pound cake. Makes a gorgeous peach ice cream base without any extra work.
