How to use it
Thanksgiving in a jar, but don't wait for November. Rub one tablespoon per pound on chicken or turkey before roasting. Mix into stuffing, stir into gravy, or add to chicken pot pie filling. The sage and thyme do the heavy lifting while the savory and marjoram round it out. Also great on roasted root vegetables, in chicken soup, or mixed with breadcrumbs for a herb crust on pork loin.
