How to use it

Brown a pound of ground beef, add two tablespoons of Taco Seasoning and a quarter cup of water, and simmer five minutes. A teaspoon or two of chipotle adds smoke to the meat or the beans, ancho goes into the enchilada sauce, chile-lime on the corn and the fruit, and red chile flakes on the table for whoever wants more heat.
