How to use it
Smoke in a jar. Chipotle is a smoked jalapeño — it's the smoky heat behind chipotle mayo, adobo sauce, and the best black bean burgers. One to two teaspoons adds smoky depth to ground beef tacos, pulled pork, chili, or barbecue sauce. Stir into sour cream for a dip, mix into burger patties, or add to sweet potato soup for smoky warmth. Hot enough to notice, not enough to fear.
