  • Single-origin leaf shows its character best without milk; try it plain first

Beyond the cup

The collection’s showpiece single-origin. Steep into cream for a muscatel-scented panna cotta – the floral-honey character lifts the custard. Sip alongside smoked salmon canapés on blini, rose Turkish delight, or lavender shortbread. Brew light (2–3 minutes at 200°F) to preserve the layered floral-muscatel complexity.
