Ras El Hanout is a Moroccan spice blend that can contain dozens of ingredients. We source hard-to-find traditional spices, blending them with turmeric, sea salt and dried chiles to create our own spicy, savory version.

Ingredients: dried chiles, turmeric, sea salt, allspice, nutmeg, black pepper, mace, cinnamon, cardamom

Uses: Use in traditional Moroccan dishes such as pastilla meat pies, tagines and stews. Add to the Middle Eastern baked egg dish shakshuk. Mix in with lamb burgers, stew with chicken or sprinkle on meat and fish before grilling or roasting.
