How to use it

Toast ground coriander in oil for 30 seconds before adding onions — it's the first layer of any good curry. The base of garam masala, taco seasoning, and dukkah. Stir into hummus, rub on lamb, or mix into meatballs. One teaspoon per pound of meat.
