How to use it
Mexican chili powder with the spices already in it. Paprika, cumin, oregano, garlic, and coriander do the work — just add meat and liquid. Three tablespoons per pound of ground beef for taco meat, or stir into enchilada sauce, burrito filling, or chili. Also great on roasted sweet potatoes, in a taco soup, or mixed into cornbread batter. Medium heat — family-friendly with real depth.
