How to use it
Three threads per cup of rice — that's all you need. Steep in warm water or broth for 10 minutes to bloom the color and flavor before adding to paella, risotto, or biryani. Stir into cream for saffron ice cream or panna cotta. The secret in Kashmiri kahwa, Swedish saffron buns, and Persian tahdig.
