How to brew it
  • 212°F / 100°C
  • Steep 5–7 minutes COVERED
  • Use 1–2 tsp per 8oz
  • Covering traps the volatile oils that carry most of the flavour

Beyond the cup

Breathe Deep steeped covered for ten minutes, the steam breathed in before the first sip. Echinacea Immune Boost at two teaspoons, ten minutes, three or four cups a day when something is coming on. Peppermint strong and covered, to keep the menthol in. Ginger Lemon after a heavy meal, and Tulsi Multi any afternoon.
