How to use it
A tablespoon of BBQ Seasoning per pound of anything, rested an hour before it hits the grill. Texas BBQ at two tablespoons per pound on ribs, or coated thick on a brisket for a sweet, hot bark. Jerk mixed with lime juice, soy sauce and scotch bonnet into a paste, overnight on chicken or pork. Then a pinch of hickory smoked salt on the burgers and the corn.
