How to use it

The boldest smoke in the salt collection. Hickory gives you that full-strength BBQ smokehouse flavor — this is not subtle. Finish burgers, ribs, brisket, or grilled corn. Mix into compound butter for instant smoked butter. Add a pinch to baked beans, chili, or mac and cheese for campfire depth. A little goes a long way — start with half of what you think you need.
