How to use it
The Lone Star rub. Built for brisket — coat generously, wrap in butcher paper, and smoke for 12 hours. The demerara sugar and chile pepper create a bark that's sweet, hot, and deeply caramelized. Two tablespoons per pound for ribs and chicken. Also great on grilled sausages and as a bold seasoning for thick-cut fries. This one has real heat.
