How to use it

The one that looks like real chopped garlic. Larger pieces plump up in soups, stews, and braises to give you visible garlic throughout the dish. Better than powder when you want garlic presence rather than garlic background. Add early in cooking — the bigger pieces need time to rehydrate fully. Great in slow cooker recipes, pot roasts, and garlic-heavy pasta sauces where you want to see and taste distinct garlic. The invisible garlic. Powder dissolves completely into sauces, dressings, dips, and dry rubs — no texture, just flavor. Essential for garlic bread butter, ranch-style dressing, and spice rubs where granules would be unwelcome. Mix into mayo for garlic aioli, shake into scrambled eggs, or dust on popcorn. Use slightly less than you would granulated — it's more concentrated per volume because there's no air between particles. The everyday garlic — coarser than powder, so it won't clump and it blooms beautifully in hot oil. Toss into stir-fries, pasta sauces, soups, and marinades. The granules rehydrate slowly, which means sustained garlic flavor through cooking rather than a quick hit that fades. Best when bloomed in oil for 30 seconds before adding other ingredients — that's where the depth comes from.
