How to use it
Pizza night, elevated. Stir one teaspoon into marinara sauce, sprinkle on top of pizza before baking, or mix into garlic bread butter. The anise seed gives it that authentic Italian-American pizzeria flavor — it's the secret ingredient most home cooks miss. Also great in pasta sauce, focaccia dough, bruschetta topping, or stirred into olive oil for a quick dipping sauce. No heat — just pure herbal depth.
