How to use it
One for each part of the cook. Hickory BBQ on ribs and pork shoulder, a tablespoon per pound, low and slow. Mesquite on brisket and fajitas, two tablespoons per pound, rested at least two hours. The chicken rub on a whole bird, under the skin if you can, roasted hot. Then a pinch of applewood salt on whatever comes off the grill.
