How to use it
The Sunday roast chicken rub. Coat a whole bird generously, get under the skin if you can, and roast at high heat. The orange peel caramelizes into the skin and makes the kitchen smell incredible. One tablespoon per pound. Also great on pork chops, turkey, and roasted potatoes. No heat — just pure savory depth with a citrus lift.
