How to use it

The universal finishing salt. Coarse crystals for sprinkling on anything — grilled meats, roasted vegetables, salads, chocolate, caramels, pretzels. The crunch and burst of clean salinity is the whole point. Also essential for pickling brines, salt-crusting fish, and rimming cocktail glasses. Keep in a pinch bowl by the stove. The everyday cooking salt. Fine crystals dissolve instantly into sauces, soups, baked goods, and marinades. Cleaner and milder than table salt (no iodine, no anti-caking agents). Use as your default cooking salt — a teaspoon per quart of soup, a half-teaspoon per cup of flour in bread. The most versatile salt in the collection.
