How to use it
St. Laurent Steak Spice pressed into both sides of the steak, then a hard sear in cast iron or over high heat. Mesquite at two tablespoons per pound on thick cuts, rested two hours. A pinch of hickory salt on a ribeye off the grill, applewood on a fillet or the roasted potatoes, and black pepper cracked fresh over all of it.
