How to use it
Montreal steak spice, done right. Coat both sides of any steak generously — don't be shy, the coriander and pepper need mass to work. Grill over high heat or sear in cast iron. The cracked coriander seed is the secret — it blooms when it hits heat. Also brilliant on burgers, roasted potatoes, grilled salmon, and bison. Press into the meat, don't just sprinkle.
