How to use it
Cayenne with a dial-back. At 40,000 Scoville, this brings the classic cayenne heat without overwhelming everything else in the dish. Half a teaspoon heats up a pot of soup, a batch of deviled eggs, or a marinade. Use it anywhere you want cayenne flavor but need to taste the food underneath — mac and cheese, creamy soups, egg dishes, or a dry rub. Still hot, just not scorching.
