How to use it
The curry secret nobody talks about. A quarter teaspoon in any curry adds that restaurant depth you can't quite place. Toast ground fenugreek briefly — 15 seconds, no more, or it goes bitter. Stir into Ethiopian berbere, mix into spice rubs, or add a pinch to maple-glazed dishes for extra complexity.
