How to use it

The instant scallion. Sprinkle on soups, ramen, fried rice, eggs, or anything you'd top with fresh green onion — these rehydrate in seconds on contact with hot food. Both white and green parts are included, so you get the mild onion bite plus the grassy, herbal brightness. Great in miso soup, congee, scallion pancake batter, and as a garnish on baked potatoes. Keep a jar by the stove.
