Perfect for

How to brew it
- 212°F / 100°C
- Steep 5–7 minutes
- Use 1–2 tsp per 8oz
- Cannot over-steep: no tannins, so no bitterness however long you leave it
Beyond the cup
Cold brew overnight — it’s basically a piña colada without the rum. Steep into coconut cream for a tropical panna cotta. Brew strong and use as the base for a rooibos-coconut smoothie. Add to rum cocktails as a tea syrup.
