How to use it

The fish herb. Scatter over salmon, trout, or any seafood. Essential in Scandinavian gravlax, tzatziki, and dill pickle brine. Stir into potato salad, egg salad, or sour cream dips. A teaspoon into cucumber-yogurt sauce is all you need. Also beautiful in Persian dill rice and borscht.
