How to use it
Pink, pretty, and ancient — 600 million years underground will do that. Coarse crystals make this a finishing salt: sprinkle on grilled meats, roasted vegetables, salads, and chocolate. The visual pop on a dark plate is half the appeal. Also great as a table salt in a pinch bowl for guests. Same clean salinity as other sea salts with a slightly mineral edge. The everyday Himalayan. Same ancient pink salt, ground fine for cooking. Dissolves cleanly into curries, dals, soups, and baked goods — you'll notice a subtle mineral edge that table salt lacks. Popular in wellness circles for its trace minerals, but the real reason to use it is that it tastes clean and seasons evenly. Swap 1:1 for table salt in any recipe.
