How to brew it
- 212°F / 100°C
- Steep 5–7 minutes
- Use 1–2 tsp per 8oz
- Cannot over-steep: no tannins, so no bitterness however long you leave it
Beyond the cup
After-dinner mint, in tea form. Steep into cream for a mint chocolate panna cotta or ice cream base. Brew strong and pour over dark chocolate — instant mint chocolate sauce. Add to brownie batter for a grasshopper brownie upgrade.
