How to brew it
- 212°F / 100°C
- Steep 5–10 minutes
- Use 1–2 tsp per 8oz
- No tea leaf and no caffeine, so a long steep only deepens it
Beyond the cup
The mocktail tea. Brew strong, add coconut cream and ice for a non-alcoholic piña colada. Reduce into a tropical syrup for pancakes or waffles. Steep into coconut milk for a panna cotta that tastes like a beach vacation.
