How to use it
The fancy salt. Finish eggs, pasta, risotto, mashed potatoes, or roasted mushrooms with a pinch — the truffle aroma blooms on contact with warm food. Don't cook with it (heat destroys the truffle volatiles). A little goes a long way: start with a pinch and add more. The canola oil keeps the truffle aroma locked in, so store sealed and cool.
