Perfect for
- Latte ready
How to brew it
- 212°F / 100°C
- Steep 5–7 minutes
- Use 1–2 tsp per 8oz
- Cannot over-steep: no tannins, so no bitterness however long you leave it
Beyond the cup
The caffeine-free mocha. Brew strong with steamed milk for the best evening latte. Steep into cream for a mocha panna cotta or ice cream base. Infuse into brownie batter — the coffee and cocoa are already there. Reduce into a syrup for affogato or a cocktail base.
