How to brew it
- 175°F / 80°C
- Whisked, not steeped
- 1 tsp sifted into 2oz water, whisked in a W until frothy, then topped up
- Drink it all; the leaf is in the cup
Beyond the cup
Whisk into lattes, smoothies, or yogurt. Mix into pasta sauce for color and umami. Add to tempura batter. Sift into cake batter, cookie dough, or cheesecake. Best with white chocolate, not dark – the cocoa butter carries the flavor without competing. Make a matcha salt with our Fleur de Sel for finishing grilled fish.

The pure matcha – earthy, umami-rich, and endlessly versatile. Pair with our Vanilla Bean for lattes and baking, or our Cardamom and Cinnamon for a spiced matcha latte that rivals any café.
