Beyond the cup

The first-trimester ally. Ginger is the most clinically studied natural remedy for morning sickness — and dried ginger in tea form is actually more potent than fresh for anti-nausea compounds. Peppermint targets the same nausea receptor through a different angle, so you're getting a double approach in one cup. Raspberry leaf is the classic pregnancy tonic. Don't save this for mornings — nausea doesn't check the clock. Steep 7–10 minutes. Best between meals, not with your prenatal vitamin.

    Ginger

    Zingiber officinale

The universal connector — ginger appears in more products than any other ingredient in the collection. The dried root is chemically distinct from fresh ginger: drying converts gingerols to shogaols, which are about twice as pungent, and that is why dried ginger tastes deeper and...

    Peppermint

    Mentha x piperita

A natural hybrid of watermint and spearmint that humans have cultivated for centuries. Peppermint's menthol activates TRPM8 cold receptors, creating the sensation of cooling without changing actual temperature. Its rosmarinic acid content is the real pharmacological star in tea — highly water-soluble with genuine anti-inflammatory...

    Raspberry Leaf

    Rubus idaeus

The traditional women's herb — generations of midwives reached for raspberry leaf, and its reputation rests on that long tradition rather than on trial evidence, which remains limited. It is a nutritive leaf, rich in minerals and tannins, and it tastes far more like a...

Good for

For the long term

  • Ginger, traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve nausea
  • Peppermint and chamomile, traditionally used to help relieve digestive upset
  • Mild, minty and naturally caffeine-free
  • The cup kept by the bed for the first thing in the morning — ask your care provider what suits you

These teas are foods, sold as such. Nothing on this page is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

What it goes with

Keep it simple and pregnancy-safe. A Cinnamon Stick steeped alongside adds gentle warmth and helps steady blood sugar — the crashes that can make nausea worse. Our Ginger Ground gives you extra anti-nausea power if the blend alone isn't enough.

Always handy

I use dillweed often. This dill is fresh and has a nice aroma. I use it in marinades, salad dressings, and on fish. Good stuff.
