What’s in itstar anise
How to use it
The anchor of Chinese five-spice and Vietnamese pho broth. A quarter teaspoon of ground star anise adds licorice warmth to braised pork, red-cooked dishes, and stir-fry sauces. Stir into chai concentrate, mulled wine, or baked goods. Intense — start with less than you think.
What it goes with
Stir into our Peppermint for digestive antispasmodic stacking, or our Mullein for traditional respiratory support. Star anise's anethole and shikimic acid complement herbal actives across immune and digestive pathways.
