Our Vietnamese Lemongrass Rub is a time-saving blend created to achieve East Asian flavors. It features lemongrass, basil, chiles and star anise with other spices.

Ingredients: coriander, star anise, paprika, onion powder, granulated garlic, lemongrass powder, cayenne pepper, sea salt, basil, chiles

Uses: Works well on poultry, seafood, venison, or pork. Add to sauces, vinaigrettes, and marinades. Great on avocado, eggplant, or vegetables. Put a twist on deviled eggs and guacamole.

Great for Chicken

I use this rub on Chicken every time, a little or a lot it is a very pleasant zip, not hot, but really tasty flavour. I have never tried it on anything else as I mostly eat chicken.
