Vietnamese Lemongrass Rub

Our culinary team handcrafted our Vietnamese Lemongrass Rub as a timesaver to achieve East Asian flavors. This fine mixture of classic Asian seasonings features lemongrass, basil, chiles and star anise with other spices.

Lemongrass is popular for its verdant, slight citrus taste. Basil is used for its sweet, fragrant aroma and flavor.

Star anise is widely used throughout Asian cuisine - in traditional Chinese five-spice powder, Indian garam masala and Vietnamese pho - for its distinctive warmth and unique flavor.

We blended these spices with garlic, onion, thyme, sea salt and white and black peppercorns to create our Vietnamese Lemongrass Rub.
