- 212°F / 100°C
- Steep 5–10 minutes
- Use 1–2 tsp per 8oz
- No tea leaf and no caffeine, so a long steep only deepens it
Beyond the cup
The ultimate summer iced tea — brew a big batch and keep it in the fridge all week. Reduce into a citrus syrup for cocktails, mocktails, or drizzling over pound cake. Use as a poaching liquid for pears with a cinnamon stick.
